Building houses in Marawi

  • Any amount will help!

During the war in Marawi the Muslim village of Delabayan was raised to the ground. As peace came, these displaced peoples had nowhere to return to and they got no help from the government or other nearby villages. Some Christians decided to help build houses. The village leader, Sultan Camlon Moner Sr, gave land and the Village of Hope was started. It costs £2000 to build a house and the plan is to provide 100 homes. To date 43 have been built and another 57 needs to be funded.
