Date: Saturday 9 July 2016
Time: 11 am till 5 pm, followed by BBQ
Venue: Trinity Church, Hindes Road, Harrow, HA1 1RX
Join us for our summer event, where you can hear updates of all the work we do.
Trinity Church Harrow is hosting us again for our summer social event this year. It is central and easy to get to, with plenty of parking available nearby.
By Public Transport: The nearest tube is Harrow on the Hill on the Metropolitan Line. The church is less than 10 minutes walking distance from the station.
By Road: For SatNav use the postal code HA11RX. Please note that there is limited parking (15 vehicles) at the church itself but plenty of parking at the nearby shopping centres of St George’s and St Anne’s – this is close to Harrow on the Hill Underground and bus station and a short walk from the church.
This year Andy and Angela Sharpe (returned from Tanzania at the end of 2015) and John Naudé (returned from Malawi in March 2016) will be speaking. We also plan to Skype with some of the other families who are overseas, to hear first-hand news from them.
Pam and Richard McGowan and their daughter Kristy and Mark Nowell (from EI Canada) will be in the UK and will join us. They would love to see you too!
Please bring a light lunch to share.
At 5pm we’ll have a BBQ, which will offer ideal time for catch up. Food will be provided for the BBQ. Please let us know that you are coming so that we can let the catering team know how many people to expect.
You don’t have to stay for the BBQ if you have other plans for the evening or it would be too long a day.
